HEAL Final Meeting: Reflecting on Progress and Planning the Way Forward

The HEAL Final Meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations to review the project’s implementation, reflect on shared experiences, and discuss the overall impact of the collaboration. During the meeting, partners exchanged views on the development of key outputs, including the gap assessment, curriculum, online courses, and digital platform, while evaluating how these results addressed the needs of higher education professionals and students.

Participants discussed the main challenges encountered during the project and the solutions developed through collective effort and coordination. Special attention was given to project management, quality assurance, dissemination activities, and sustainability perspectives. Through open and constructive dialogue, partners assessed what worked well, identified lessons learned, and highlighted good practices that can be transferred to future initiatives.

The Final Meeting also provided space for strengthening professional relationships and reaffirming the partnership’s shared commitment to trauma-informed education. By reviewing achievements and setting common perspectives for future cooperation, the meeting confirmed the value of cross-country collaboration and mutual support.

Overall, the HEAL Final Meeting served as a moment of collective reflection and closure, reinforcing the project’s long-term vision and ensuring that its results remain relevant, accessible, and useful for higher education communities across Europe.
